2. Important Notice
Please note that OpenToolFactory is a browser-based tool platform where all file processing happens locally on users' devices. We do not host, store, or transmit any user files on our servers. However, if you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to our designated Copyright Agent:

4. Required Information
Your DMCA notice must include the following information:

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
7. False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. We may seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in violation of the law.
8. Processing Time
We will process valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible, typically within 2-5 business days. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Terminate repeat infringers' access to our website
